EMERGENCY

If you and your pet find yourself in an emergency situation during our opening hours, please call ahead on to advise us that you are attending the practice so that we can ensure we are ready for your arrival.

We have an emergency clinic at our Bury St Edmunds branch on Sundays and Bank Holidays (excluding Christmas Day) between 10am and 12pm.  For the rest of the week, outside of our opening hours, our out of hours cover is provided by Swayne and Partners in Bury St Edmunds.

If you find yourself in an emergency outside of our opening hours, please call any of our branches and you will automatically be diverted to either one of our vets, or to the Swayne and Partners team.
